Assistant Manager (Lynnwood)

Seeking an individual with customer service, operations, sales and leadership qualifications. The Assistant Manager is responsible for overall branch operations by supervising activities, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing branch profitability. This is accomplished by creating efficiencies, minimizing errors, protecting against losses and by fostering a customer friendly environment. In addition, Assistant Managers are accountable for the branch security, audit and compliance functions.
Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of bank products, services and special offers is required in order to proactively provide customers with the appropriate financial solutions. Strong problem solving skills are a key to identification and resolution of complex customer servicing issues.
The Assistant Manager also supervises the Account Services Representatives and Tellers. Leadership and coaching skills are essential to motivate and inspire excellent employee performance. He or she is responsible for individual performance evaluations and assisting staff members to build on key strengths while improving on development needs through coaching, mentoring, and cross-training.
Candidates should have a comprehensive knowledge of branch and bank operations, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Commercial Lending Officer (Redmond-Eastside)

Seeking a seasoned Commercial Lending & Business Development Officer for Redmond and the east King County market. The candidate will be expected to attain or exceed sales goals and is responsible for portfolio growth as established for this market on an ongoing basis. The position will be responsible for planning and administering an effective business development plan, as well as the accurate and timely reporting of activities. This self-motivated individual will maintain a high profile in the local community through active involvement in civic organizations or service clubs in order to properly represent and promote the Bank of Washington. Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
In addition, the commercial loan officer will be accountable for maintaining the credit quality of the portfolio and must adhere to the bank’s loan policies, procedures, internal operations and credit controls. All loans in the portfolio must be properly underwritten according to the bank’s credit standards and must be accurately documented. A solid understanding of commercial & industrial lending, commercial real estate and business deposit products is required. This individual would be expected to operate within all legal, regulatory and ethical standards relevant to the position.

Special Assets Administrative Assistant and Loan Documentation Specialist

Provide administration and management assistant of the loan portfolio of the bank. Provide administration and management assistant on the special assets of the bank, including but not limited to OREO properties, watch list and adversely classified loans. Provide support in the above areas to allow credit administration and loan support to operate efficiently and complete their functions in a timely manner. Support the credit administration area in obtaining reporting necessary to manage the loan portfolio and OREO properties of the Bank. Provide support in the drawing of loan documentation for real estate and business loans.
